To ensure an installation that meets your expectations, it is advisable to order a slight surplus and to distribute the shades according to your preferences.

SLIGHTLY TEXTURED (2/4):

The surface is subtly uneven, providing a natural effect without being heavily textured. This allows for an authentic look while facilitating installation. The edges are straight, ensuring precise alignment. It is recommended to use slightly wider joints, at least 3 mm, to ensure an optimal fit.

Estimated delivery times: less than 30 kg: within 7 business days; pallet orders: generally within 2 to 3 business weeks.

For pallet deliveries, the carrier will contact you to arrange an appointment. The goods will be unloaded at ground level, at the closest point accessible to the truck, using a tail lift or a forklift depending on the weight of the order.

The delivery location must be accessible to a heavy goods vehicle and have a hard, flat, and clear unloading area.

Returns: You have 14 days to change your mind about unused and uninstalled products. Return costs are at your expense. Custom-made or customized products cannot be returned.
