The mode of transport is automatically optimized according to your order.

Estimated delivery times

  • Small parcels (< 30 kg): delivery within 7 business days.

  • Pallet delivery: delivery within 2 to 3 business weeks, with an appointment scheduled by the carrier.

Delivery rates

Delivery costs depend on the total weight of your order. These are the rates for home delivery:

How does delivery work?

  • Your order is delivered on a pallet, well-packaged, and left at the edge of your property.

  • The carrier will contact you directly to arrange a time slot.

  • Unloading is done using appropriate equipment (tail lift or forklift, depending on the case).

Things to check before delivery

To make sure everything goes smoothly, please check that:

  • Your street is accessible by lorry (rigid type)

  • The unloading point is flat, firm and free of obstacles (no slope, gravel or lawn)

  • There are no HGV traffic restrictions at your address
