Estimated delivery times
- Small parcels (< 30 kg): delivery within 7 business days.

Pallet delivery: delivery within 2 to 3 business weeks, with an appointment scheduled by the carrier.

How does delivery work?
- Your order is delivered on a pallet, well-packaged, and left at the edge of your property.
- The carrier will contact you directly to arrange a time slot.
- Unloading is done using appropriate equipment (tail lift or forklift, depending on the case).
To check before delivery
To ensure everything runs smoothly, please make sure that:
- Your street is truck accessible (e.g., rigid truck)
- The unloading point is flat, hard, and free of obstacles (no slopes, gravel, or grass)
- There are no heavy vehicle traffic restrictions at your address
