Description

An emblematic French stone, PGI certified

This paving in natural limestone, extracted and shaped in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, benefits from the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI). It is a fine-grained stone, of a deep beige hue, used for centuries in traditional and contemporary constructions.

Technical characteristics:

Origin: Pierre de Bourgogne (PGI), France
Finish: honed – smooth surface, soft to the touch
Edges: Straight
Sizes: 2 widths available => 40 cm or 50 cm (depending on the selected product). Free lengths refer to slabs of the same width but variable lengths. This format creates a more natural, less repetitive laying effect, ideal for highlighting the authenticity of the stone.
Use: interior floors, walls, bathrooms, hallways
Compatible with underfloor heating

Product manufactured in our own SIB PIERRE DE BOURGOGNE factory, an operator certified according to the official specifications of the Pierre de Bourgogne PGI (ref. IGPIA-83 V01), and marketed by our company.

COLOR: STRONG VARIATION (4/4)

Each piece displays marked color variations, with the possibility of multiple shades within the same batch. This aspect makes the final result both unique and unpredictable. These natural differences emphasize the authenticity of the project and require careful installation to harmonize the shades across the entire surface. It is important to note that for products with strong color variations, only a larger order quantity allows for effective sorting during installation.

MARKED TEXTURE (3/4)

The perceptible reliefs between elements add character to the covering by creating a varied texture. For a harmonious finish, it is advisable to distribute the pieces well during installation. These materials, often resulting from mechanical manufacturing with some variation, have a slightly textured surface and edges. It is recommended to use slightly wider joints, between 5 mm and 10 mm depending on the stone, to ensure optimal adjustment.

VARIABLE SIZE AND THICKNESS (3/4)

The differences between the elements are more pronounced (size and thickness +/- 2 mm), which gives an artisanal and authentic effect. Installation requires adjustments.

Delivery costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order:

Less than 30 kg: €14.90 for home delivery / €9.90 for relay point delivery
30 to 80 kg: €60
80 to 150 kg: €80

Estimated delivery times: less than 30 kg: within 7 business days; pallet orders: generally within 2 to 3 business weeks.

For pallet deliveries, the carrier will contact you to arrange an appointment. The goods will be unloaded at ground level, at the closest point accessible to the truck, using a tail lift or a forklift depending on the weight of the order.

The delivery location must be accessible to a heavy goods vehicle and have a hard, flat, and clear unloading area.

Free click & collect is also available at our 7 stores.

Returns: You have 14 days to change your mind about unused and uninstalled products. Return costs are at your expense. Custom-made or customized products cannot be returned.

In case of damaged or non-compliant products, check the goods upon receipt, make specific reservations with the carrier, and contact us within 48 business hours.
