This schist border is a solution as aesthetic as it is functional for structuring your outdoor areas. Made from the same natural stone as our BLACK AZUL stepping stones, it offers perfect harmony with all of your landscaping.

Made from a highly resistant black schist, this border stands out for its raw shape, its natural layered texture and its exceptional durability. Cut as a vertical palisade, it is designed to elegantly mark out a path, a bed, a lawn or a gravelled area.

The BLACK SLATE AZUL Schist Border is an ideal solution for structuring your outdoor landscaping with character and durability. Made of a quartzitic slate, it offers incomparable resistance to bad weather and climatic variations. Its natural evolution gives it, over time, a beautiful oxidized patina in certain areas, adding charm to your spaces. This is not a defect, but a natural transformation that contributes to its aesthetics.

📌 Please note : Black Slate Azul is a natural slate that may contain ferruginous veins. Exposed to humidity and air, the stone may develop an oxidized patina over time (brown-orange shades). This phenomenon is natural, random depending on the pieces, and is part of the authentic character of the material. It is not a defect and does not affect either the strength or the durability of the stone.

PRONOUNCED TEXTURE (3/4)

The perceptible reliefs between the elements add character to the cladding by creating a varied texture. For a harmonious finish, it is advisable to distribute the pieces evenly during installation. These materials, often resulting from mechanical manufacturing with some variation, have a slightly textured surface and edges. It is recommended to use slightly wider joints, between 5 mm and 10 mm depending on the stone, to ensure optimal fit.

VARIABLE SIZE AND THICKNESS (3/4)

The differences between the elements are more pronounced (size and thickness +/- 2 mm), which creates a handcrafted and authentic effect. Installation requires adjustments.
