What if a piece arrives damaged?
Every order is carefully prepared and protected. Despite all our precautions, a few pieces may exceptionally arrive damaged. No need to worry: we handle the situation together with you.
- Let us know as soon as possible, with a few photos: we take it from there.
- Carry on with your project. A damaged piece can often be used for the cuts needed during installation.
- Once your order is fully unpacked, set aside the pieces that are genuinely unusable and send us a few overall photos. We can then assess the exact quantity involved and put the right solution in place.
What about an item that must be used as it is?Basin, bathtub or any other finished piece: if it arrives damaged, contact us straight away so that we can take care of it without delay.
In every case, we do what it takes so your project can be completed with peace of mind.

Description
Description
The suspended step in GALICIAN SLATE reflects the authentic and natural charm of this black stone.
Its large square format of 120 x 120 cm provides a contemporary and structured effect, ideal for architectural gardens, landscape stairs, or Japanese stepping stones with a strong design.
With honed sides and a Water Jet treated top, it offers a refined and modern finish. The Water Jet treatment subtly reveals the natural texture of the slate while ensuring a smooth and pleasant feel.
Why choose GALICIAN SLATE?
- No moss growth: it stays clean, even in shaded areas, without special treatment.
- Does not rust: its iron-free composition allows it to retain its deep black color over time.
- Minimal maintenance: a simple occasional cleaning is enough to restore its full brilliance.
