What if a piece arrives damaged?
Every order is carefully prepared and protected. Despite all our precautions, a few pieces may exceptionally arrive damaged. No need to worry: we handle the situation together with you.
- Let us know as soon as possible, with a few photos: we take it from there.
- Carry on with your project. A damaged piece can often be used for the cuts needed during installation.
- Once your order is fully unpacked, set aside the pieces that are genuinely unusable and send us a few overall photos. We can then assess the exact quantity involved and put the right solution in place.

RUSTY SLATE mulch is made from slate, featuring rusty, brown, and orange hues, obtained through natural oxidation. This mineral mulch adds an authentic and mineral touch to flowerbeds, planters, or shrub bases.
With its various particle sizes, it provides good ground cover while allowing the soil to breathe. Its flat structure ensures good surface retention, even on slight slopes, while limiting weed regrowth and water evaporation.
Frost-resistant, durable, and low-maintenance, rusty slate mulch easily integrates into natural or contemporary gardens, providing contrast and originality.
