What if a piece arrives damaged?
Every order is carefully prepared and protected. Despite all our precautions, a few pieces may exceptionally arrive damaged. No need to worry: we handle the situation together with you.
- Let us know as soon as possible, with a few photos: we take it from there.
- Carry on with your project. A damaged piece can often be used for the cuts needed during installation.
- Once your order is fully unpacked, set aside the pieces that are genuinely unusable and send us a few overall photos. We can then assess the exact quantity involved and put the right solution in place.

Crushed Vosges granite is a durable and aesthetic solution for your outdoor landscaping: driveways, courtyards, pedestrian areas, or as a complement to gravel stabilizers.
Available in various grain sizes (Ø 8/16 mm), it offers a natural pinkish-grey hue typical of Vosges granites, which blends harmoniously into all garden styles.
Made from hard, frost-resistant rock, this gravel perfectly withstands wear and tear and bad weather. Its angular appearance ensures good stability once compacted or laid on a draining bed.
