What if a piece arrives damaged?
Every order is carefully prepared and protected. Despite all our precautions, a few pieces may exceptionally arrive damaged. No need to worry: we handle the situation together with you.
- Let us know as soon as possible, with a few photos: we take it from there.
- Carry on with your project. A damaged piece can often be used for the cuts needed during installation.
- Once your order is fully unpacked, set aside the pieces that are genuinely unusable and send us a few overall photos. We can then assess the exact quantity involved and put the right solution in place.
What about an item that must be used as it is?Basin, bathtub or any other finished piece: if it arrives damaged, contact us straight away so that we can take care of it without delay.

Galician slate, thanks to its dense structure, is extremely resistant to bad weather and frost, thus guaranteeing reliable protection for your walls and low walls. Its low moisture absorption rate allows it to maintain its appearance and texture over the years, even in difficult conditions.
👉 This is the most economical coping in our range. It shows significant variations in thickness (± 1 cm), which can range for example from 2.5 cm on one side to 3.5 cm on the other on the same piece, which leads to visible gaps between the elements and requires filling the differences with glue during installation.
