What if a piece arrives damaged?
Every order is carefully prepared and protected. Despite all our precautions, a few pieces may exceptionally arrive damaged. No need to worry: we handle the situation together with you.
- Let us know as soon as possible, with a few photos: we take it from there.
- Carry on with your project. A damaged piece can often be used for the cuts needed during installation.
- Once your order is fully unpacked, set aside the pieces that are genuinely unusable and send us a few overall photos. We can then assess the exact quantity involved and put the right solution in place.

Description
Description
The GALICIAN SLATE block step is distinguished by its intense anthracite black hue and its naturally stratified texture, typical of highly dense and resistant slates. Its cleft face highlights the raw and authentic appearance of the stone, while adding a contemporary and mineral touch to your outdoor landscaping.
Robust, non-slip, and naturally resistant to frost and bad weather, this step is ideal for walkways, landscaped stairs, or terrace descents. Its sawn sides ensure precise alignment and a neat finish upon installation, for a clean and durable result, both in a modern and more rustic environment.
