Stone is heavy and its edges are fragile: we leave nothing to chance.
- On a pallet or as a parcelDepending on the weight, your products are loaded and secured on a pallet, or carefully packed as a parcel.
- Wrapped and strappedPallets are stretch-wrapped and strapped to limit movement and knocks during transport.
- Checked and carefully loadedEvery order is checked by our team, then loaded onto the truck with care.

What if a piece arrives damaged?
Every order is carefully prepared and protected. Despite all our precautions, a few pieces may exceptionally arrive damaged. No need to worry: we handle the situation together with you.
- Let us know as soon as possible, with a few photos: we take it from there.
- Carry on with your project. A damaged piece can often be used for the cuts needed during installation.
- Once your order is fully unpacked, set aside the pieces that are genuinely unusable and send us a few overall photos. We can then assess the exact quantity involved and put the right solution in place.
What about an item that must be used as it is?Basin, bathtub or any other finished piece: if it arrives damaged, contact us straight away so that we can take care of it without delay.

The DORDOGNE VILLAGE facing stone captivates with its authentic charm and appearance inspired by old natural stone buildings. Composed of stones with irregular shapes and warm shades, it adds character and texture to your walls, while maintaining a natural and timeless finish.
Suitable for both interior and exterior designs, this facing stone is perfectly suited for renovations of character homes as well as contemporary projects seeking an authentic mineral touch. Its incertum (random) laying pattern accentuates the traditional effect and provides a lively and harmonious result.
For optimal installation:
- Allow for 15% extra material for installation with joints
- Allow for 30% extra material relative to the actual surface area for dry-stone installation without joints
