What if a piece arrives damaged?
Every order is carefully prepared and protected. Despite all our precautions, a few pieces may exceptionally arrive damaged. No need to worry: we handle the situation together with you.
- Let us know as soon as possible, with a few photos: we take it from there.
- Carry on with your project. A damaged piece can often be used for the cuts needed during installation.
- Once your order is fully unpacked, set aside the pieces that are genuinely unusable and send us a few overall photos. We can then assess the exact quantity involved and put the right solution in place.

ARDEX X77 Flex is a high-performance fiber-reinforced flexible adhesive designed for installing natural stone, wall facings, and ceramic coverings, both indoors and outdoors.
Thanks to its fiber-reinforced and water-repellent formulation, it offers very strong adhesion and excellent hold for heavy loads, making it particularly suitable for natural stone wall applications.
Its technology also limits the risk of efflorescence and unsightly discoloration often found on certain facings or natural stones.
ARDEX X77 is particularly suitable for:
- natural stone wall facings,
- heavy stones or thick formats,
- demanding vertical applications,
- and substrates requiring a flexible and high-performance adhesive.
Its lightweight formulation also allows for reduced consumption compared to traditional cement adhesive, with excellent application comfort.
