What if a piece arrives damaged?
Every order is carefully prepared and protected. Despite all our precautions, a few pieces may exceptionally arrive damaged. No need to worry: we handle the situation together with you.
- Let us know as soon as possible, with a few photos: we take it from there.
- Carry on with your project. A damaged piece can often be used for the cuts needed during installation.
- Once your order is fully unpacked, set aside the pieces that are genuinely unusable and send us a few overall photos. We can then assess the exact quantity involved and put the right solution in place.
What about an item that must be used as it is?Basin, bathtub or any other finished piece: if it arrives damaged, contact us straight away so that we can take care of it without delay.
In every case, we do what it takes so your project can be completed with peace of mind.

Description
Description
Natural stone extracted in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, shaped in our workshops in France.
The CHANCEAUX MIX limestone paving is a regional natural stone, sourced from quarries in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. Its beige and slightly golden shades give each slab an authentic and warm character. Carefully worked in our workshops in FRANCE, this stone is an ideal choice for floors that are both elegant and durable.
An authentic aesthetic, both warm and refined
The sanded brushed finish is the result of our factory's exclusive expertise:
- Soft and subtly textured surface
- Light reliefs that enhance the natural material
- Beige shades with golden tones for a lively and luminous appearance
This finish highlights the mineral richness of the stone without being overly rustic. The CHANCEAUX MIX blends harmoniously into both old houses and contemporary projects where a natural and elegant feel is desired.
A product 100% shaped in France
At Minéral, we transform the CHANCEAUX MIX in our factory in Burgundy, respecting traditional know-how. Each slab is cut, brushed, and inspected by hand to ensure a refined and durable finish.
