Allow a margin for cuts, adjustments and any breakage during installation. Mix pieces from different packages to highlight the natural shades and create a harmonious whole.

Stone is heavy and its edges are fragile: we leave nothing to chance.
- On a pallet or as a parcelDepending on the weight, your products are loaded and secured on a pallet, or carefully packed as a parcel.
- Wrapped and strappedPallets are stretch-wrapped and strapped to limit movement and knocks during transport.
- Checked and carefully loadedEvery order is checked by our team, then loaded onto the truck with care.
What if a piece arrives damaged?
Every order is carefully prepared and protected. Despite all our precautions, a few pieces may exceptionally arrive damaged. No need to worry: we handle the situation together with you.
- Let us know as soon as possible, with a few photos: we take it from there.
- Carry on with your project. A damaged piece can often be used for the cuts needed during installation.
- Once your order is fully unpacked, set aside the pieces that are genuinely unusable and send us a few overall photos. We can then assess the exact quantity involved and put the right solution in place.

The MIX CLAIR limestone flooring is a light limestone, selected for the subtlety of its nuances and its natural radiance. Each slab is carefully cut and brushed in our workshops, ideal for bright and timeless interiors.
A natural aesthetic, both soft and refined
The “brushed sand” finish is the result of our workshop’s exclusive expertise:
- Silky surface, subtly textured
- Slight reliefs for a natural and authentic feel
- Light shade with beige and blonde nuances, bringing warmth and brightness
