What if a piece arrives damaged?
Every order is carefully prepared and protected. Despite all our precautions, a few pieces may exceptionally arrive damaged. No need to worry: we handle the situation together with you.
- Let us know as soon as possible, with a few photos: we take it from there.
- Carry on with your project. A damaged piece can often be used for the cuts needed during installation.
- Once your order is fully unpacked, set aside the pieces that are genuinely unusable and send us a few overall photos. We can then assess the exact quantity involved and put the right solution in place.

FLEX ADHESIVE MORTAR KWF 61
Murexin KWF 61 is a high-performance flexible white adhesive for laying natural stone, tiles and large formats indoors and outdoors.
Its formulation allows for an application thickness of 3 to 20 mm, particularly useful for natural stones with variations in thickness or substrates with slight irregularities.
KWF 61 is particularly suitable for:
- travertine and light natural stones,
- large formats,
- natural stone paving,
- laying over old tiles,
- and underfloor heating.
Its white colour is particularly suitable for light or sensitive natural stones, while maintaining excellent adhesion and very good flexibility.
This adhesive also offers very good application comfort thanks to its formulation that significantly reduces dust emissions during mixing.
KWF 61 is a particularly reliable solution for technical installations requiring more flexibility, correction thickness, and application comfort than traditional adhesives.
Consumption: Consumption depends on the notch size: approx. 1.8 kg/m² for a 6 mm notch, approx. 2.4 kg/m² for an 8 mm notch, approx. 3.1 kg/m² for a 10 mm notch
