Description

The hexagonal French limestone tile revisits a great classic of characterful floors with a more graphic and contemporary interpretation. Inspired by traditional paving in old residences, it brings character, rhythm, and elegance to both indoor and sheltered outdoor spaces.

Its hexagonal shape subtly structures the floor and creates a subtle geometric play, while retaining the softness and visual nobility of limestone. The lightly aged finish reveals the natural nuances of the stone — soft beiges, mineral variations, micro-shells — for an authentic, never uniform, look.

A local stone, crafted in France

Cut and finished in our workshops, this tile is made from French limestone from quarries in Bourgogne Franche-Comté. This choice guarantees a durable, stable material suitable for demanding projects, while promoting local production.

Historically present in kitchens, entrances, and living rooms of manor houses, the hexagonal tile has spanned eras without losing its character. It fits equally well into heritage renovations and contemporary architecture seeking authentic materials.

COLOR: MARKED VARIATION (3/4)

A more pronounced mix of shades is visible, with strong contrasts between different pieces. Installation should be planned in advance to harmoniously distribute variations and achieve a balanced result. We recommend planning for 10 to 15% extra material to allow for selection of certain shades.

MARKED TEXTURE (3/4)

Perceptible reliefs between elements add character to the covering by creating a varied texture. For a harmonious finish, it is advisable to distribute the pieces well during installation. These materials, often resulting from mechanical manufacturing with some variation, present a slightly textured surface and edges. It is recommended to use slightly wider joints, between 5 mm and 10 mm depending on the stone, to ensure optimal fitting.

SIZE: SLIGHT VARIATIONS (2/4)

Subtle differences in dimensions are present, with slightly irregular edges for a more natural look. Installation with slightly wider joints is recommended.

Estimated delivery times: less than 30 kg: within 7 business days; pallet orders: generally within 2 to 3 business weeks.

For pallet deliveries, the carrier will contact you to arrange an appointment. The goods will be unloaded at ground level, at the closest point accessible to the truck, using a tail lift or a forklift depending on the weight of the order.

The delivery location must be accessible to a heavy goods vehicle and have a hard, flat, and clear unloading area.

Free click & collect is also available at our 7 stores.

Returns: You have 14 days to change your mind about unused and uninstalled products. Return costs are at your expense. Custom-made or customized products cannot be returned.

In case of damaged or non-compliant products, check the goods upon receipt, make specific reservations with the carrier, and contact us within 48 business hours.
