Bring an original and warm touch to your paths or gardens with this Japanese stepping stone in MULTICOLORED SLATE. Each piece has an irregular shape for a unique and aesthetic result. The natural finish with rough edges highlights the warm shades of slate, ranging from ocher to rust, and blends perfectly into your outdoor landscaping.

PRONOUNCED TEXTURE (3/4)

Perceptible reliefs between elements add character to the cladding by creating a varied texture. For a harmonious result, it is advisable to properly distribute the pieces during installation. These materials, often resulting from mechanical manufacturing with some variation, have a slightly textured surface and edges. It is recommended to use slightly wider joints, between 5 mm and 10 mm depending on the stone, to ensure an optimal fit.

SIZE: HIGH VARIATION (4/4)

Each element is unique, with significant differences in size and thickness. This material is ideal for an authentic and traditional look. Installation with wide joints is recommended to compensate for differences.

    Ordered in January to create a path across the lawn. The irregular shapes look really natural. The ochre and rust shades really stand out in the sun.

    Ordered 16 natural multicoloured slate stepping stones online. 2 of the slates did not match the stated size and thickness, and one of them broke during laying. Conformity rate: 88%. Despite my complaint, the site made no goodwill gesture because I hadn't reported it within 48 hours. This condition means you'd have to lay the slates the day after delivery… very unlikely… Overall: AVERAGE, a shame given the price paid!

2 ardoises n’étaient pas conformes en taille et en épaisseur, dont une s’est cassée à la pose.
Taux de conformité : 88%
Malgré ma réclamation, le site n’a pas fait de geste commercial car je ne l’avais pas signalé sous 48h. Cette condition implique qu’il faut poser les ardoises le lendemain de la livraison… très peu probable… bilan MOYEN, dommage pour le prix payé !

Nous comprenons votre remarque, mais certains points doivent être précisés.

Une commande de pierre naturelle expédiée sur palette ne permet pas de sélectionner chaque pièce individuellement, contrairement à un achat en magasin. Ce sont deux modes d’achat différents, que chacun est libre de privilégier selon ses attentes.

Concernant votre réclamation, celle-ci a été formulée 15 jours après la livraison. Or, le contrôle à réception sert précisément à vérifier l’état de la marchandise à l’arrivée et à signaler d’éventuels dommages liés au transport. Passé ce délai, aucune action n’est malheureusement possible auprès du transporteur.

Cela ne signifie évidemment pas qu’il faut poser les dalles immédiatement, mais simplement les contrôler à réception — ce qui reste une pratique standard.

Enfin, les variations d’aspect, de dimensions ou d’épaisseur font partie des caractéristiques normales de la pierre naturelle.

Commandé en janvier pour créer un chemin dans la pelouse. Les formes irrégulières donnent un rendu super naturel. Les nuances ocre et rouille ressortent vraiment bien au soleil.
