Stone is heavy and its edges are fragile: we leave nothing to chance.
- On a pallet or as a parcelDepending on the weight, your products are loaded and secured on a pallet, or carefully packed as a parcel.
- Wrapped and strappedPallets are stretch-wrapped and strapped to limit movement and knocks during transport.
- Checked and carefully loadedEvery order is checked by our team, then loaded onto the truck with care.
What if a piece arrives damaged?
Every order is carefully prepared and protected. Despite all our precautions, a few pieces may exceptionally arrive damaged. No need to worry: we handle the situation together with you.
- Let us know as soon as possible, with a few photos: we take it from there.
- Carry on with your project. A damaged piece can often be used for the cuts needed during installation.
- Once your order is fully unpacked, set aside the pieces that are genuinely unusable and send us a few overall photos. We can then assess the exact quantity involved and put the right solution in place.
In every case, we do what it takes so your project can be completed with peace of mind.

The opus incertum in Phyllite features a natural stone with dark, slightly iridescent shades, characteristic of this metamorphic rock. Its natural and irregular finish offers a very authentic mineral look, perfectly suited for outdoor spaces such as terraces, driveways, and pool decks.
This paving provides good weather resistance while adding a graphic and elegant touch with its subtle reflections.
