What if a piece arrives damaged?
Every order is carefully prepared and protected. Despite all our precautions, a few pieces may exceptionally arrive damaged. No need to worry: we handle the situation together with you.
- Let us know as soon as possible, with a few photos: we take it from there.
- Carry on with your project. A damaged piece can often be used for the cuts needed during installation.
- Once your order is fully unpacked, set aside the pieces that are genuinely unusable and send us a few overall photos. We can then assess the exact quantity involved and put the right solution in place.
What about an item that must be used as it is?Basin, bathtub or any other finished piece: if it arrives damaged, contact us straight away so that we can take care of it without delay.

Description
ADRIATICO quartzite in opus incertum is a robust and aesthetic natural stone, ideal for your outdoor developments: terraces, paths, pool surrounds or entrances. Its hue, mixing shades of grey, rust and beige, gives a mineral and warm appearance to your exteriors.
The slabs are naturally cleaved on all sides, providing a rough and structured surface, perfectly suited to high-traffic areas. This irregular format is appreciated for its authentic rendering and excellent grip, even in wet weather.
