Every order is carefully prepared and protected. Despite all our precautions, a few pieces may exceptionally arrive damaged. No need to worry: we handle the situation together with you.
- Let us know as soon as possible, with a few photos: we take it from there.
- Carry on with your project. A damaged piece can often be used for the cuts needed during installation.
- Once your order is fully unpacked, set aside the pieces that are genuinely unusable and send us a few overall photos. We can then assess the exact quantity involved and put the right solution in place.

JOINTING MORTAR FOR PAVING SLABS PFF PROLINE
PFF ProLine is a ready-to-use, water-permeable jointing mortar specially designed for the installation and renovation of joints in outdoor paving and flagstones.
Its formulation allows for application using the traditional pouring and washing method, suitable for natural stone surfaces and ceramic tiles.
Thanks to its porous structure, this mortar offers excellent water permeability and helps effectively limit weed growth in the joints. Self-compacting, it hardens on contact with air and is resistant to water and frost once hardened.
PFF ProLine is suitable for surfaces subject to light to moderate traffic, including those used by vehicles weighing up to 3.5 tonnes. It is also compatible with sweepers and vacuum sweepers.
