What if a piece arrives damaged?
Every order is carefully prepared and protected. Despite all our precautions, a few pieces may exceptionally arrive damaged. No need to worry: we handle the situation together with you.
- Let us know as soon as possible, with a few photos: we take it from there.
- Carry on with your project. A damaged piece can often be used for the cuts needed during installation.
- Once your order is fully unpacked, set aside the pieces that are genuinely unusable and send us a few overall photos. We can then assess the exact quantity involved and put the right solution in place.

The SAVANNAH YELLOW granite paving is captivating with its warm tones, ranging from golden beige to sandy yellow, bringing a sunny touch to your outdoor spaces. Its bush-hammered finish gives it a non-slip surface, ideal for terraces, walkways, stairs, or pool decks. Robust, dense, and naturally resistant to the elements, it is built to last.
💡 Good to know: the color of this granite changes naturally after installation.
Do not rely solely on the appearance of a new, dry sample: this granite changes naturally once installed outdoors. Its bush-hammered finish, which gives it its rough and non-slip appearance, makes the stone look lighter when new and reveals small white dots. Over time, rain and the elements soften this appearance. The stone develops a patina and gradually reveals darker and more yellow shades.
👉 Our advice: turn the sample over and wet the back. The resulting color gives a good indication of the darker and more yellow tone the granite can take on over time.
In some cases, natural oxidation may appear. This can be reduced with the BERO by Lithofin product.
To remember: a new, dry slab often looks lighter than the granite once installed, patinated, and exposed to outdoor conditions.
